Glass and body under one roof
If the crash bent the frame around the glass, we fix that first. The new glass then fits properly. One estimate, one person to ask.
Glass after a crash
A crash can shatter a side window or crack the windshield clean across. You need glass that seals right and a camera that sees right. We sort out both.
(000) 000-0000 — tell us which glass broke
Your windshield helps hold the roof up in a rollover. It backs up the passenger airbag too. So it has to be fixed in place properly. We use urethane and give it the time it needs to set. Door glass and back glass get the same care, plus a full cleanup of broken bits. Many windshields also hold the lane-keep camera. After new glass goes in, that camera gets calibrated. All of it is written on your estimate up front.
This is what a glass replacement includes here. You'll see the same items on paper.
We check for heaters, sensors and camera mounts so the new glass fits your exact car. Getting this wrong means a camera that won't calibrate.
The broken windshield is cut out carefully, without scratching the frame around it. That protects the paint and keeps rust from starting there.
The frame edge is cleaned and primed. A good surface is what makes the new seal hold.
We lay a full bead and let it cure before the car moves. Rushing this step weakens the bond.
Door and back windows get replaced, with regulators and defroster connections checked as we go.
Broken tempered glass hides in door panels and seat tracks. We dig it all out. Nobody wants to sit on a sliver later.
If your car has a forward camera, it's aimed again so lane-keep and automatic braking read correctly.
We check for water leaks and listen for wind noise on a short drive before you pick up.
Tell us your car and which glass is broken. We look up the exact part and any camera that rides on it. Your estimate lists the glass, the labor and any calibration on separate lines. You know the full picture first.
We remove the broken glass and clean up every shard. The frame is cleaned and primed. New glass is set in a full urethane bead. Then the car sits still while it cures. We'll tell you how long it needs to sit.
The windshield camera is calibrated if your car has one. We check for leaks and wind noise. A short drive on Collins Road confirms things feel right. Then we ring you to come get it.

We won't hand back a car before the urethane is ready. Your safety is worth the wait.
Calibration is on the estimate from the start. No surprise line shows up at pickup. You'll see it before we start.
Tape plastic over the opening to keep the rain out for now. Then ring us and we'll get the right glass lined up for you.
