We try the easy way first
If a cheaper method will fix it, we say so. You only pay for the work the dent really needs.
Traditional dent work
Sharp crease? Paint flaking off the dent? That needs more than a gentle push. We fix the metal, refinish it and tell you why.

Paintless repair is great, but it has limits. If the paint is cracked, pushing the metal out will not fix that. If the crease is deep and sharp, the metal has stretched. That is where conventional dent repair comes in. Think of a shopping cart hit at a store on Town East Boulevard. Or a gate post you met backing out in Heath. We work the metal back, smooth it and refinish the area. Your estimate shows each step and what it costs.
Here is what conventional repair can include. Not every dent needs all of it, and your estimate will say which ones apply.
We check whether paintless repair could work. If it can, we tell you. If not, we explain why.
We pull and hammer the panel close to its original shape. Less metal out of place means less filler later.
A deep crease can stretch steel. We shrink it with heat, so the panel stops popping in and out.
A light coat smooths out tiny lows. We keep it thin, because thick filler can crack over time.
The filler is block-sanded until the panel feels smooth. We check it with our hands and with light.
Primer protects the bare metal and fills tiny scratches. It is sanded smooth before color goes on.
We mix paint to your car's code and blend it out. The fix should fade right into the panel.
Clear goes on for shine and protection. A final polish makes the spot match the rest of the car.
We look closely at the metal and the paint around it. We decide together if it needs traditional work. Then you get a written estimate. Every line has a short reason beside it.
The panel gets straightened and smoothed. Filler, if any, stays thin. Primer goes on and is sanded flat. If we find a hidden problem, you hear about it first.
Color and clear are sprayed in the booth. We let it cure, then polish it out. You look at it with us in good light. If something bugs you, say so, and we will sort it out. That is how it should work.
If a cheaper method will fix it, we say so. You only pay for the work the dent really needs.
Good metalwork means less filler. That makes a fix that lasts and does not crack later.
The estimate breaks it all down. No lumped-together totals and no vague labor lines. Just plain words you can follow.
Show it to us and we will tell you the best way to fix it. You will get the plan, in writing, before we start.
